Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Unix Shell Scripting.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL, Amdocs Customer Relationship Management, and Adobe Experience Manager Sites.
- Strong command of scripting techniques to automate routine tasks and streamline workflows.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex shell scripts to maintain system reliability.
- Familiarity with integrating shell scripts into larger software development and deployment pipelines.
- Understanding of system environments and the impact of scripting on performance and security.
