## About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, energetic and target-driven hotel sales professional to drive room occupancy through corporate tie-ups, business development and local market activation. The ideal candidate should possess an excellent personality, strong communication skills and a proven ability to build long-term client relationships.
## Key Responsibilities
* Generate room business through corporate tie-ups and institutional partnerships.
* Acquire new corporate accounts, SMEs, MNCs, hospitals, schools, universities and industrial clients.
* Build relationships with Admin, HR, Procurement, Travel Desk and Facility teams.
* Conduct daily sales calls, client meetings and property presentations.
* Generate leads through networking, cold calling, references and field visits.
* Convert enquiries into room bookings and long-term contracts.
* Promote long-stay, project stay and corporate accommodation packages.
* Achieve monthly room night, revenue and account acquisition targets.
* Coordinate with Reservations, Front Office and Operations for seamless guest experience.
* Maintain CRM, sales pipeline and daily activity reports.
* Represent the hotel at networking events, BNI chapters and business associations.
