Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Site Management: Monitor daily construction activities, allocate labor, and manage worker productivity.
- Safety Enforcement: Implement safety regulations, conduct site inductions, enforce PPE usage, and perform risk assessments.
- Quality Control: Inspect work to ensure compliance with building codes, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Coordination: Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and machinery on-site.
- Reporting: Prepare daily reports on progress, materials used, and labor hours.
- Problem Resolution: Address on-site technical problems or delays immediately. Jobsoid +8
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Usually 3+ years of experience in civil construction And Waterproofing with supervisory experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical documents.
- Leadership: Strong communication and team management abilities.
- Education: Background in Civil Engineering or related field is often preferred.
