Job Summary
We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to support lead generation, customer acquisition, pricing coordination, and quotation management for our freight forwarding and customs clearance business.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate business enquiries through cold calling and customer follow-ups.
- Promote the company's freight forwarding, customs clearance, and logistics services.
- Arrange meetings with prospective customers and support business development activities.
- Handle export and import shipment enquiries from customers.
- Obtain competitive freight rates from shipping lines, overseas agents, transporters, and other service providers.
- Prepare, compare, and share quotations for Sea Export, Sea Import, Air Freight, FCL, and LCL shipments.
- Maintain updated freight rates and coordinate with shipping lines and agents for rate updates.
- Follow up on quotations and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain enquiry, quotation, and customer records.
- Coordinate with documentation and operations teams for smooth service execution.
- Prepare daily activity and enquiry status reports.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Coordination, Telemarketing, Freight Forwarding.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Basic knowledge of Sea Export, Sea Import, Air Freight, FCL, and LCL shipments.
- Understanding of freight forwarding, customs clearance, and Incoterms.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Email, and Internet applications.
- Knowledge of freight pricing, rate procurement, and quotation management.

- Experience in freight pricing and quotation preparation

- Ability to generate leads and achieve business targets
- Experience in CHA/Freight Forwarding industry
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
