We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Commis II to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will assist senior chefs in food preparation, cooking, and maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation. The role requires knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety standards, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients, including washing, cutting, portioning, and storing food items.
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes according to standard recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations and equipment.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards at all times.
- Monitor food quality and presentation before service.
- Assist with stock rotation, inventory checks, and minimizing food wastage.
- Support senior chefs during service and kitchen operations.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
