Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English(both spoken and understanding).
- Minimum 10+2 education (Graduation preferred).
- Prior experience in telecalling or real estate is a plus.
- Confident, polite, and persuasive tone on calls.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools preferred).
- Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
- Punctual, disciplined, and target-oriented.
