* Manage rooms across 3 floors
* Check room quality & release to FO
* Train room attendants
* Linen management (issue, return, stock)
* Buy new linen & discard worn-out ones
* Prepare housekeeping schedules
* Handle guest laundry requests
* Ensure public area cleaning is done
