We are hiring on behalf of a well-established Mumbai-based architecture and interior design studio, known for delivering high-end residential, commercial, and boutique projects. The studio is led by a senior design principal and offers a strong, hands-on learning environment for architects who love craft, detailing, and design excellence.
Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate, design-driven Mid-Level Architect who can take ideas from concept to compelling visual presentation. You will work directly with senior leadership on high-visibility projects, contributing across design development, 3D visualization, and client presentations.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys pushing creative boundaries and takes pride in producing polished, high-quality design work.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Concept Development
- Develop innovative architectural and interior design solutions from brief to concept.
- Work on space planning, façade concepts, material palettes, and architectural detailing.
- Participate actively in design ideation and internal reviews.
3D Visualization & Presentation
- Create high-quality 3D models, renders, and walkthroughs for client approvals.
- Prepare compelling presentation decks that clearly articulate design intent.
- Own the visual storytelling of projects from schematic stage onwards.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and execution teams during design development.
- Contribute to design documentation and ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
Eligibility Criteria (Non-Negotiable)
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- 4 – 8 years of hands-on experience in an architecture or interior design practice.
- Strong proficiency in SketchUp (must-have).
- Working expertise in at least one rendering tool — Lumion, Enscape, or V-Ray.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and PowerPoint.
- Based in Mumbai or willing to relocate.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹83,000.00 per month
