Job Title: Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)
We are looking for an experienced CHRO to lead the HR function and drive strategic people initiatives across the organization.
Candidates from FMCG, Franchise module, Courier, Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, or Express Distribution industries will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and workforce planning
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance management
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary matters
- Oversee training, onboarding, leadership development, and succession planning
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies
- Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave, and HR operations
- Maintain HR records, MIS, and HRMS reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR/Management (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
- 8–9+ years of HR experience in mid/senior leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of Labour Laws, Payroll, Compliance & HR Operations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
