We are looking for a wardens for our Student hostels in Bengaluru to join our dynamic team on a rewarding career journey.
Responsibilities
Oversee the day to day administration, discipline, and welfare of hostel residents.
Ensures compliance with hostel rules, safety regulations, and hygiene standards.
Addresses student grievances, manages hostel staff, and coordinates with maintenance staff and management for smooth functioning.
Maintains attendance, security, and maintenance records, fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive living environment for all residents.
Skills and Experience
Graduate in any discipline (Diploma in Hostel Management / Social Work preferred)
Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a hostel warden or in a similar residential supervisory role.
Ability to manage hostel administration and daily operations
Good communication skills in English required and Hindi.
Strong interpersonal skills with a calm and responsible approach
Basic computer knowledge for record keeping.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
