Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to manage client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and 1–2 years of experience in customer relationship management, client servicing, sales, or customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products or services.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
- Monitor customer feedback and recommend process improvements.
- Achieve customer retention and engagement targets.
- Prepare reports on customer interactions, service performance, and relationship activities.
Required Skills

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Finance, or any related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Customer Service, Client Servicing, Sales, or Support.
- Freshers with excellent communication and customer handling skills may also apply.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, BPO, Telecom, Healthcare, or Retail sectors.
- Knowledge of customer retention and engagement strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer support processes.
