Job Summary
We are looking for a Telesales Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls, qualify leads, and schedule site visits or client meetings. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in interior telesales, but candidates from other telesales backgrounds are also eligible.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain company services and generate interest in interior solutions.
- Qualify leads and pass them to the field or sales team.
- Schedule meetings or site visits with interested clients.
- Maintain call records and follow-up status.
- Handle customer queries professionally over the phone.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead targets.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills (English + local language preferred).
- Confidence in handling customer calls.
- Basic computer skills and CRM knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
Qualification
- Any Graduation in any discipline (Mandatory).
Experience
- Minimum: 2 years
- Maximum: 10+ years
(Preference: Interior telesales experience, but other telesales experience is acceptable.)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
