Job Title: Senior Accountant

Job Summary:
Narayan Rubber Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage the company's accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and taxation. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of GST, TDS, financial statements, audits, and accounting software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate books of accounts.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Perform bank, customer, vendor, and ledger reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities.
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns.
- Prepare MIS reports and provide financial insights to management.
- Supervise and guide the accounts team.
Qualifications:
- B.Com/M.Com/CA Inter (CA preferred).
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in accounting and taxation.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, Busy, and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Salary: As per experience and qualifications.
