Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Centre Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with their queries, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer incoming customer calls professionally and courteously.
* Make outbound calls as required.
* Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
* Follow company policies and quality standards.
* Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
* Meet daily and monthly performance targets.
Requirements:
* High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
* Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
* Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
* Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in rotational shifts, if required.
