About the Role
We are seeking a skilled, independent, and creative 3D Architectural Visualizer to join our technical team at our Kolkata office. In this role, you will be the bridge between technical engineering plans and high-impact visual concepts. You will be responsible for translating 2D blueprints and site plans into hyper-realistic 3D images and cinematic walkthrough videos for large-scale building and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- 3D Modeling & Conversion: Read, interpret, and directly work from architectural AutoCAD drawings, structural plans, and Revit files to build precise 3D models.
- Photorealistic Rendering: Generate high-fidelity exterior and interior 3D renders with an exceptional eye for lighting, natural shadows, daytime/nighttime variance, and accurate material textures.
- Cinematic Walkthroughs: Design, animate, and produce fluid, high-resolution architectural walkthrough videos, drone-view simulations, and 360-degree panoramic views.
- Post-Production & Environment Design: Use Photoshop or After Effects to integrate realistic environments, landscaping, human figures, and lighting enhancements into the final output.
- Revision Management: Collaborate closely with project directors and design teams to quickly implement modifications based on structural or aesthetic feedback.
Required Skills & Technical Qualifications
- Experience: 3 to 6 years of working as a 3D Artist/Visualizer within the real estate, architecture, or infrastructure sectors.
- Modeling: Expert command of 3ds Max or SketchUp.
- Rendering & Animation: Deep proficiency in real-time rendering engines such as Lumion, D5 Render, or Twinmotion (essential for fast, high-quality walkthrough video turnarounds).
- Drafting: Practical knowledge of AutoCAD to navigate and import site dimensions without manual oversight.
- Editing: Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop (for digital matting/stills) and Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects (for video sequencing and background scores).
- Blueprint Literacy: Must be entirely comfortable reading architectural gridlines, elevations, and structural layouts.
