1. Customer Handling & Sales
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers in the showroom
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable BigWing models
- Explain features, pricing, variants, and comparisons
- Conduct test rides and product demonstrations
- Close sales deals and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
2. Lead Management & Follow-ups
- Generate and track leads (walk-ins, online, field visits)
- Regularly follow up with prospective customers
- Maintain lead data using CRM systems
- Convert enquiries into bookings and deliveries
3. Customer Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships for repeat and referral sales
- Ensure high customer satisfaction from enquiry to delivery
- Handle post-sale queries and complaints professionally
4. Product & Market Expertise
- Maintain deep knowledge of:
- Honda BigWing motorcycles
- Competitor models and pricing
- Stay updated on offers, finance schemes, and new launches
- Track market trends and competitor activities
5. Sales Process & Documentation
- Handle complete sales cycle:
- Booking
- Finance & insurance coordination
- RTO/registration documentation
- Ensure accurate paperwork and timely vehicle delivery
6. Target & KPI Achievement
- Achieve KPIs like:
- Sales volume
- Test rides
- Finance/insurance penetration
- Accessories & add-ons sales
7. Team Leadership (Senior Role)
- Guide and support junior sales consultants
- Assist showroom manager in daily operations
- Share best practices and improve team performance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
