We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven professional with a passion for sales, customer relationship management, and business development. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, coordination abilities, and a customer-focused approach to support business growth and sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a bridge between clients, management, and the Sales Team.
- Respond promptly and accurately to all incoming sales inquiries via phone and email.
- Forward inquiries to the concerned sales team and follow up on execution status.
- Process orders accurately and within timelines.
- Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Prepare regular sales visit reports.
- Prepare and share Quotations, Proforma Invoices, and Tax Invoices with clients.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for lead tracking, order follow-ups, and customer requirements.
- Organize and maintain client files, documents, and communication records.
- Coordinate with overseas OEMs for pricing, order placement, and delivery schedules.
- Negotiate pricing with OEMs when required.
- Support the Sales Team with customer databases and prospective client information.
- Ensure smooth order processing until final delivery.
- Follow up on payments and contract renewals/extensions as per due dates.
- Review sales team expenses in line with visit schedules.
- Inform clients about delays or issues and coordinate with the Sales Team for updates.
