Job Summary
JMR Infracon Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an Executive – IT & Systems to manage the company's IT infrastructure, provide software and hardware support, and coordinate with software vendors to ensure smooth functioning of all business systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, networking, and other hardware.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues (ERP, CRM, Tally, HRMS, etc.).
- Coordinate with software vendors and service providers for issue resolution and system upgrades.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and user accounts.
- Monitor internet, network, CCTV, biometric, and other IT infrastructure.
- Maintain IT assets, software licenses, backups, and documentation.
- Support employees with technical issues and ensure minimal downtime.
- Assist in implementing new software and IT initiatives.
Requirements
- Graduate/BCA/B.Tech (IT/Computer Science) or equivalent.
- 2–5 years of experience in IT Support/System Administration.
- Knowledge of Windows, Networking, Hardware Troubleshooting, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Tally, ERP/CRM, and basic cybersecurity.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
