Job Summary
The Store Keeper is responsible for managing and controlling store operations, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, issuance, and tracking of materials. The role involves maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring the proper handling, storage, and security of all materials to support uninterrupted production and operational activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, verify, and record incoming materials and supplies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock registers.
- Issue materials to production and other departments as per authorized requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and initiate timely reordering to avoid stock shortages.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, identification, and organization of materials.
- Conduct regular stock verification, cycle counts, and physical inventory audits.
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety standards, and material security.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and other departments for smooth material flow.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly stock and inventory reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and inventory control practices.
- Prevent loss, damage, pilferage, or unauthorized movement of materials.
- Maintain proper documentation related to material receipts, issues, returns, and transfers.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in store and inventory management.

Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or warehouse operations preferred.
- Freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply.
Preferred Requirements
- Knowledge of ERP systems or inventory management software.
- Experience in manufacturing or production environments.
- Understanding of stock audit and inventory control procedures.
Working Conditions
- Full-time position.
- May require handling and movement of materials within the store premises.
- Adherence to safety and operational guidelines is mandatory.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
