E-commerce Accounts Executive
Job Location: Howrah
Time: 10AM - 7PM (MON-SAT)
Qualification: B. Com / M. Com
Experience - 2 to 10 years of experience as an Accountant
Salary: 23 k - 43 k (Based on Experience and knowledge)

Key Responsibilities
1. Monitoring outstanding payments and due dates.
2. Following up with customers for payment collection.
3. Reconciling transactions through E-Commerce Portals and Other Marketplace.
4. Reconciling other Debtor accounts and resolving discrepancies.
5. Maintaining aging reports (tracking overdue receivables).
6. Coordinating with internal teams and customers regarding payment & reconciliation issues.
7. Processing credit notes, adjustments, and refunds when required.
8. Perform daily accounts and settlement reconciliation.
9. Prepare MIS reports using Excel.
10. Maintain accounting records and support finance operations.
Required Skills
Experience in Accounts, Reconciliation, or Finance Operations.
Good knowledge of Excel (V. Lookup, Pivot Tables preferred).
Knowledge of Tally or Genesis accounting software.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
