Job description:
We are looking for a Desktop / Networking Support Engineer to handle onsite support and service activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation and troubleshooting of Desktop, Laptop, Printer, and other IT hardware
Basic networking support (LAN, router, switch configuration)
OS installation and software troubleshooting
Customer site visits for service and maintenance
Coordinating with the service team and updating call status
Requirements:
Diploma / Any Degree in IT / Computer Science / Electronics
Basic knowledge of hardware and networking
Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
