Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Promoters to promote and sell mobile phones and accessories. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for sales. Freshers with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the mobile showroom or retail outlet.
- Demonstrate mobile phones, accessories, and their features.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product specifications, offers, warranties, and financing options.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is clean and attractive.
- Keep up to date with new mobile models, features, and promotional offers.
- Process sales transactions and maintain accurate sales records.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Coordinate with the store team to manage inventory and stock availability.
Eligibility
- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or any Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible.
- Experience in mobile retail, electronics sales, or customer service is an added advantage.
