Key Responsibilities
- Manpower & Recruitment Planning: Assess workforce needs, prepare budgets, approve JDs, finalize salary bands, and track hiring timelines.
- Recruitment Approval: Verify candidate quality, approve interview processes, and recommend final hires.
- HR Documentation: Maintain complete employee records (offer letters, contracts, statutory forms, IDs, etc.).
- Onboarding: Conduct induction, explain policies, and coordinate with IT/Admin.
- Attendance & Payroll: Monitor attendance, approve leaves, verify payroll, and ensure statutory deductions.
- Performance Management: Conduct reviews, appraisals, KPI evaluations, and development planning.
- Employee Relations: Handle grievances, resolve conflicts, and promote engagement.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to labour laws, PF, ESIC, POSH, and other statutory requirements.
- Reporting: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly HR dashboards, attrition reports, and MIS analytics.
