Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of commercial interior fit-out projects.
- Plan, monitor, and control project schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, MEP teams, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and project specifications are followed.
- Manage site execution, manpower, material planning, and resource allocation.
- Review drawings, BOQs, work orders, and project documentation.
- Monitor project budgets, cost control, and billing coordination.
- Conduct site meetings and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Resolve site issues and ensure smooth project execution.
- Coordinate project handover and snag closure.

- Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
Preferred Candidate
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
- Candidates with experience in commercial interior fit-out companies are highly preferred.
