Job Description – Robotics Engineer
Position Summary
CTQ Technology is seeking a highly motivated Robotics Engineer to develop advanced robotic systems, autonomous drones, industrial automation solutions, and intelligent machines. The ideal candidate will possess multidisciplinary expertise spanning robotics, embedded systems, control engineering, artificial intelligence, computer vision, and autonomous navigation.
Key Responsibilities
Robotics & Autonomous Systems
* Design, develop, and integrate robotic platforms for industrial, commercial, and research applications.
* Develop autonomous navigation, motion planning, localization, and control algorithms.
* Implement robotic perception systems using cameras, LiDAR, radar, GPS, IMU, and other sensors.
* Develop robotic manipulators, mobile robots, autonomous ground vehicles (AGVs), and UAVs.
UAV & Drone Systems
* Design and optimize UAV architectures and payload integration.
* Develop autonomous flight capabilities and mission-planning systems.
* Integrate flight controllers, telemetry systems, and navigation sensors.
* Conduct flight testing and performance validation.
Embedded & Electronics Engineering
* Develop embedded systems using microcontrollers and single-board computers.
* Design and debug PCB-based control systems.
* Implement communication interfaces including CAN, UART, SPI, I2C, Ethernet, and MAVLink.
* Integrate actuators, motors, servos, ESCs, and sensor networks.
AI & Computer Vision
* Develop computer vision solutions for detection, tracking, inspection, and navigation.
* Implement machine learning and edge AI applications.
* Develop obstacle avoidance and intelligent decision-making systems.
* Work with NVIDIA Jetson, Raspberry Pi, and industrial edge-computing platforms.
Research & Development
* Evaluate emerging robotics technologies and industry trends.
* Create prototypes and proof-of-concept systems.
* Generate technical documentation, design specifications, and test reports.
* Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related disciplines.
* Strong knowledge of robotics, control systems, automation, and embedded electronics.
* Proficiency in Python and C++.
* Experience with ROS/ROS2 and robotics simulation tools.
* Knowledge of autonomous systems and sensor integration.
* Understanding of mechanical, electrical, and software system integration.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with industrial robotics and automation.
* Experience with UAVs and drone technologies.
* Knowledge of SLAM, computer vision, and machine learning.
* Experience with PLCs and industrial communication protocols.
* Experience with robotic arms, AGVs, AMRs, or warehouse automation systems.
* Experience with additive manufacturing and rapid prototyping.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
