We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Ecommerce Telesales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining our ecommerce products/services, and converting leads into sales.Key Responsibilities:Outbound calling to potential customers from the provided database.Explaining product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.Handling customer queries and convincing them to make a purchase.Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.Maintaining accurate records of calls and sales in the CRM system.Requirements:Education: 12th pass or Graduate.Experience: 6 months to 2 years in Telesales/Inside Sales (Ecommerce experience is a plus).Skills: Excellent communication skills Must be fluent in English and at least one South Indian language (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam).
