Job Summary
We are looking for a compassionate and confident Counsellor to guide patients, explain treatment plans, address their concerns, and coordinate with doctors to ensure a smooth patient experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to build trust with patients. Patient counsellors commonly act as the communication bridge between patients and healthcare providers, helping patients understand procedures and stay engaged with treatment.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel patients regarding treatment options and procedures.
- Explain treatment plans, costs, and follow-up schedules.
- Coordinate appointments with doctors and medical staff.
- Handle patient queries and maintain high patient satisfaction.
- Follow up with patients for consultations and treatment completion.
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Build strong relationships with patients and their families.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (Psychology/Life Sciences preferred).
- 1–3 years of counselling or patient counselling experience (Healthcare/IVF/Hospital preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
