Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable SSC Trainer & Mentor to guide aspirants preparing for SSC examinations such as SSC CGL, CHSL, MTS, CPO, GD, and other government recruitment exams. The candidate will be responsible for teaching, mentoring, motivating students, and helping them achieve success in competitive examinations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and online coaching sessions for SSC aspirants.
- Teach subjects including Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning Ability, General Awareness, and English Language (based on expertise).
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, practice questions, and mock tests.
- Analyze student performance and provide personalized guidance.
- Mentor students on exam strategies, time management, and interview preparation.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions regularly.
- Track student progress and maintain performance records.
- Stay updated with the latest SSC exam patterns, syllabus changes, and recruitment notifications.
- Motivate students and create a positive learning environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Strong subject knowledge of SSC examination syllabus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for students.
- Previous teaching or mentoring experience in SSC coaching institutes is preferred.
