About the Role
Are you a high-energy communicator with a passion for cinema, animation, and storytelling? We are looking for a Telecalling, Sales and Client Relations Executive to represent our VFX Academy and inspire the next generation of digital artists.
This role goes beyond traditional sales—you will guide aspiring students toward exciting careers in the rapidly growing VFX industry. From campus interactions, telesales to personalized counseling, you will play a key role in shaping future creative professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Market Outreach & Field Engagement
- Identify and connect with final-year students and recent graduates across colleges and universities in and around Chennai.
- Travel extensively to colleges, educational institutions, and events to promote the academy.
- Conduct campus activations, seminars, workshops, and webinars to build awareness and generate leads.
Telecalling & Lead Management
- Conduct outbound and inbound telecalling to prospective students, parents, and institutional contacts.
- Follow up on leads generated through campaigns, events, and digital platforms.
- Maintain and update lead data, ensuring timely communication and nurturing of prospects.
Conversion & Admissions Support
- Manage the complete enrollment lifecycle—from first inquiry to successful admission.
- Counsel students and parents on course offerings, career opportunities, and industry prospects.
- Address queries and objections effectively to drive conversions.
Client & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and college/university stakeholders.
- Collaborate with placement cells, HODs, and faculty to establish long-term partnerships.
- Ensure a positive and professional experience for all stakeholders throughout the engagement.
Mobility & Flexibility
- Willingness to travel within Chennai and nearby districts as required.
- Possession of a valid two-wheeler driving license is highly preferred.
