Job Summary
We are looking for experienced Quality Assurance Executives / Managers from the Essential Oils industry.
Candidates should have relevant experience in Quality Assurance, QA Documentation, Quality Systems, Compliance, Audit Support, and Quality Management within an Essential Oils manufacturing or processing company.
Candidates with 1–3 years of experience may be considered for the QA Executive position. Candidates with 8+ years of relevant experience, strong quality-system knowledge, and team-handling experience may be considered for the QA Manager / Senior QA Manager position.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and support Quality Assurance systems and quality documentation.
- Review and maintain Certificates of Analysis (COAs), batch records, material specifications, quality logs, and related documents.
- Coordinate with the QC Department for analytical reports, test results, and quality-related documentation.
- Maintain documentation related to FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, GMP, Halal, Kosher, and applicable customer requirements.
- Maintain document-control systems, including SOP preparation, revision control, controlled formats, and record archival.
- Support internal audits, customer audits, certification audits, and regulatory inspections.
- Prepare and maintain CAPA records, deviation reports, change-control documents, risk assessments, and audit records.
- Coordinate with Production, QC, Stores, Procurement, Planning, and Dispatch departments to maintain quality compliance.
- Maintain sample traceability, retention sample records, and quality-related dispatch documentation.
- Review and support documentation related to GC and GC-MS analytical reports.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper maintenance of all QA records.
- Support continuous improvement of quality systems and documentation processes.
- Senior-level candidates will manage QA activities, guide the QA team, review quality systems, and coordinate with customers and auditors.
Required Qualification
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, or a related science discipline.
- Relevant experience in Quality Assurance, QA Documentation, Quality Systems, Compliance, or Quality Management.
Required Experience
- QA Executive Level: 1–3 years of QA experience in the Essential Oils industry.
- QA Manager / Senior QA Manager Level: 8+ years of QA experience in the Essential Oils industry, including quality-system management and team-handling experience.
Required Industry Experience
Experience in the Essential Oils industry is mandatory.
Candidates should have worked in an Essential Oils manufacturing, processing, export, or related production environment.
Experience with products such as Menthol, Mint Oils, Clove Oil, Natural Essential Oils, or related essential oil products will be preferred.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of QA documentation and quality systems.
- Understanding of COAs, batch records, SOPs, traceability, and quality documentation.
- Knowledge of GMP and quality documentation practices.
- Familiarity with FSSC 22000, ISO systems, Halal, Kosher, and audit documentation.
- Basic understanding of GC and GC-MS reports.
- Good communication, coordination, documentation, and record-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage quality-related activities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
