We are looking for an experienced US IT Bench Sales Recruiter with 2–5 years of proven experience in marketing IT consultants across the US market. The ideal candidate should have strong relationships with implementation partners, system integrators, and direct clients, along with expertise in placing consultants on C2C, W2, and 1099 opportunities.Key Responsibilities
- Market and place bench consultants across various technologies to implementation partners, vendors, and direct clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier-1 vendors, staffing agencies, and hiring managers.
- Source and identify suitable requirements from job portals, vendor networks, and direct client relationships.
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate rates, and manage the complete submission process.
- Maintain regular communication with bench consultants regarding project opportunities and interview schedules.
- Track consultant availability, skills, and project status to ensure maximum placements.
- Negotiate billing rates and ensure profitable placements.
- Maintain accurate records of submissions, interviews, offers, and placements.
- Follow up with vendors and clients for feedback and closure.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation requirements.
Required Skills
- 2–5 years of experience as a US IT Bench Sales Recruiter.
- Strong understanding of the US staffing industry and recruitment lifecycle.
- Proven experience in marketing bench consultants for C2C, W2, and 1099 opportunities.
- Excellent network of Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience working with technologies including Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, SAP, Salesforce, QA, AI/ML, and Cybersecurity.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced US staffing environment.
