Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through field sales, developing relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event organizers, and increasing hotel room bookings, banquet sales, and corporate partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits.
- Build strong relationships with corporate companies, travel agencies, and event planners.
- Promote hotel rooms, banquet facilities, and hospitality services.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Follow up with clients and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain sales records, client database, and reports in CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client service.
Requirements:
- Any Graduate (Business / Marketing preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in business development or field sales, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Ability to meet sales targets and generate new clients.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
