Job Overview
Astha Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Creative Visual Designer with strong skills in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, and AI-powered content creation. The ideal candidate should be creative, trend-aware, detail-oriented, and able to create engaging visual content for social media, digital marketing, branding, and international clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging graphics for social media, websites, advertisements, banners, and digital campaigns.
- Create and edit reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, and other digital content.
- Develop motion graphics, animations, transitions, typography effects, and visual effects.
- Create AI-generated images and videos using modern AI tools.
- Work with Social Media, Marketing, Content, and Creative teams to understand requirements and deliver quality designs.
- Develop fresh creative concepts based on client and campaign requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest design, video, social media, motion graphics, and AI trends.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver work within deadlines.
Required Skills & Tools
- 2–4 years of experience in Graphic Design, Visual Design, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva, CapCut, and Figma or similar tools.
- Good understanding of motion graphics, video editing, typography, layouts, color theory, and visual composition.
- Hands-on experience with AI-generated video and image creation.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Kling, Pika, Sora, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Portfolio showcasing graphic design, video, motion graphics, and AI-generated content is preferred.
