Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) who is eager to build a career in Upwork bidding and client acquisition. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a learning mindset, and interest in sales, proposal writing, and lead generation, especially in Web Development and Mobile Application projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through the Upwork platform.
- Write effective and customized proposals to win projects.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities in Web Development & Mobile Application domains.
- Communicate with international clients to understand their requirements.
- Assist in managing the sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Work towards achieving monthly sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Fresher or up to 1 years of experience in Business Development / Online Bidding.
- Basic understanding of Upwork bidding and proposal writing.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in sales, client handling, and business growth.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of Web Development & Mobile Application projects is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹23,000.00 per month
