- Production Department Responsibilities
Plan and execute fabrication as per approved drawings.
Ensure production targets are achieved on time.
Manage manpower, machines, and materials.
Monitor cutting, fit-up, welding, grinding, drilling, and assembly activities.
Maintain productivity while minimizing rework and scrap.
Coordinate with Planning, Purchase, and Quality departments.
Ensure safety procedures are followed in the shop floor.
Prepare daily production reports.
