Role Overview
We are looking for a Desktop & Application Support Executive to manage end-user systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and support business applications such as LIMS, PACS, and RIS.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Perform OS installation and system upgrades
- Handle basic networking (LAN/Wi-Fi, IP configuration)
- Provide support for applications like LIMS, PACS, billing systems
- Assist users with system usage, reports, and issue resolution
- Manage helpdesk tickets and ensure SLA-based closure
- Monitor system performance and escalate critical issues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of experience in desktop/application support
- Knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, basic networking, and hardware troubleshooting
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
Pay: ₹8,826.90 - ₹29,166.25 per month
