We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead the sales team, drive property sales, and achieve revenue targets for real estate and construction projects. The role involves team leadership, client management, and coordination of site sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Drive sales of residential and commercial projects
- Handle key clients, negotiations, and successfully close deals
- Plan and organize site visits, promotional activities, and sales strategies
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management
- Coordinate with marketing and senior management teams to align sales strategies
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in real estate sales (Sales Manager level)
- Both Male & Female candidates can apply
- Fluent in English and Hindi (mandatory)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proven experience in lead generation and market development
