Employment Type: Full-time
Reports To: Head of Marketing
Team: Leads/mentors digital marketing executives and coordinates with external agencies
About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to own our end-to-end digital and performance marketing function — from strategy and budget allocation to hands-on campaign execution. This role combines the scope of a Digital Marketing Manager and a Performance Marketing Manager: you will set the digital roadmap, manage paid media budgets across channels, lead SEO and organic growth, and mentor a small team, while working closely with sales to translate marketing effort into pipeline and revenue. You will play a crucial part in bridging digital marketing efforts with revenue growth by working closely with our internal sales team and providing detailed analytical insights to leadership.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Planning
Own the overall digital marketing strategy and annual/quarterly roadmap, aligned to business and revenue goals.
- Define the channel mix (paid, organic, email, social) and full-funnel strategy (awareness → consideration → conversion).
- Plan campaign calendars in line with product launches, seasonality, and sales targets.
2. Paid Campaigns & Performance Marketing (Google Ads & Meta Ads)
- Plan, create, and manage high-ROI performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Optimize ad copy, target audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages to maximize conversion rates and minimize cost per acquisition (CPA).
- Explore and manage additional paid channels as needed — LinkedIn Ads, programmatic/display, and affiliate or influencer partnerships.
- Run structured A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to continuously improve performance.
3. Marketing Budget & ROI Ownership
- Own monthly/quarterly digital marketing and ad spend budgets; forecast spend and reallocate across channels based on performance.
- Track and report on ROAS, CAC, CPL, and LTV, and tie campaign performance to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
4. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, traffic, and site performance.
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization.
5. Website, Landing Pages & CRO
- Own conversion rate optimization (CRO) for landing pages and the website in collaboration with design/development.
- Identify funnel drop-offs using analytics and heatmap/session tools and prioritize fixes with measurable impact.
6. Marketing Automation, CRM & Lead Nurturing
- Set up and manage email/WhatsApp/SMS nurture journeys for leads that aren't yet sales-ready.
- Maintain lead scoring and routing rules in coordination with the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or equivalent) and the sales team.
7. Sales Team Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with the internal sales team to align marketing leads with sales capacity and target profiles.
- Track, maintain, and analyze sales reports to evaluate campaign performance against lead-to-conversion metrics.
- Set up closed-loop reporting so ad spend can be traced through to qualified leads and closed deals. (new)
8. Analytics, Social Media & Executive Reporting
- Track and analyze performance across all social media channels and digital assets.
- Prepare and present comprehensive weekly and monthly analytics reports (GA4, Google Search Console, ad platforms) with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain live dashboards (e.g., Looker Studio) for leadership visibility into key metrics. (new)
9. Team & Vendor Management
- Guide and mentor junior digital marketing executives / interns, reviewing their campaigns and output.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and media/creative vendors, including scope, timelines, and deliverable quality.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience managing successful Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, including budget ownership at scale.
- Strong working knowledge of SEO best practices, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Search Console.
- Excellent analytical mindset with a strong ability to interpret data and present clear reports to both peers and leadership.
- Great communication skills and a collaborative attitude to work seamlessly with the sales team.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. (new)
- 3+ years in digital/performance marketing, including experience leading or mentoring a small team (please specify exact years).
- Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, CRM/marketing automation tools, and Looker Studio or similar dashboarding tools.
- Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certification preferred.
