Key Responsibilities
- Working with the Senior Engineer / Team Leads to translate sub system design requirements to key mechanical design attributes
- On-time execution of all assigned projects
- Maintaining proper documentation of all projects being executed in the required formats and templates
- Deliver mechanical designs for technical accuracy, conventions and meeting customer requirements.
- Ensuring compliance to internal design processes, established conventions and standards in the product design and documentation processes
Desired Profile :
- BE Mechanical /NTTF/CIPET/GTTC with 2 to 5 years of experience.
- Experience in design and development of Electromechanical design, electrical and industrial products.
- Knowledgeable about the prototyping, press working, plastic molding and joining processes.
- Good knowledge of Plastic and Sheet Metal component & assembly design.
- Hands-on, Working knowledge of Pro-e CAD software.
- Well versed in 3-d modeling, Assembly & drafting and basic surfacing skills
- Pro/Mechanism, Pro/Simulate are “nice to have”.
- Hands- on experience on Tolerance stack-up and GD&T.
- Good Analytical & Reasoning skills.
- Analyze and suggest improvement areas in terms of product and process.
- Responsible for entire development process for the assigned project/task
- Additionally, working knowledge / hands-on six sigma process documents are “nice to have”.
- Good Communication & presentation skills using MS Office documents.

Complexities Involved
- Ability to work with clients all over the world, across different geographies and time zones
