About Us
We are a leading Event Management Group based in Ahmedabad, specializing in corporate events, government events, exhibitions, conferences, trade fairs, convocations, conventions etc. We are looking for a creative and passionate 3D Designer who can transform concepts into stunning visual experiences.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop innovative 3D concepts for exhibitions, event stages, stalls, pavilions, conference hall etc.
- Create high-quality 3D visualizations, walkthroughs, and realistic renderings for client presentations.
- Prepare detailed working drawings and production-ready designs for fabrication.
- Coordinate with the creative, production, and project management teams to ensure design feasibility.
- Understand client requirements and convert briefs into attractive and functional designs.
- Incorporate branding guidelines into event spaces and exhibition structures.
- Ensure designs comply with safety standards, venue regulations, and practical execution requirements.
- Modify and improve designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in event design, exhibition architecture, materials, lighting, and visualization technologies.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in 3D designing, preferably in the event, exhibition, or interior design industry.
- Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona Renderer, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of exhibition stall design, stage design, fabrication methods, and event structures.
- Excellent visualization, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Educational Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, Animation, 3D Design, or any related field.
