Core Roles & Responsibilities
- Connect with citizens and corporate professionals via telephonic outreach to spread awareness about
- Smile India Trust's social welfare campaigns.
- Explain the organization's core projects (Shelter, Nutrition, Education, Medical Support) eloquently to garner funding, sponsorships, and long-term donor associations.
- Build, nurture, and maintain healthy, respectful relations with existing and potential patrons.
- Maintain absolute transparency and accurate records of donor conversations, feedback, and database tracking.
- Achieve daily/weekly communication benchmarks and corporate relationship goals aligned with the team's operational needs.
Key Skills & Eligibility
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal proficiency, active listening skills, and clarity of speech.
- Empathy & Persuasion: Ability to talk passionately about social causes and impact.
- Personality: Self-driven, professional, disciplined, and comfortable working in an active office
- environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
