Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented QC to ensure product quality and support quality control processes in our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Conduct laboratory and quality tests as per approved procedures.
- Maintain accurate QC records, reports, and documentation.
- Investigate quality issues and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, FSSAI, and other applicable food safety standards.
- Coordinate with Production, Procurement, and Warehouse teams to resolve quality concerns.
- Participate in internal and external quality audits.
- Verify product specifications, packaging quality, and labeling compliance.
- Train and guide QC Associates on quality procedures and best practices.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in Quality Control, preferably in the FMCG or food manufacturing industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Food Technology
- Ability to understand and communicate in Hindi
- Good knowledge of quality control processes
- Good observation and analytical skills
- Willingness to learn and work in a team
