Job Summary
The Business Development Executive is responsible for promoting hospital services, generating patient referrals, developing corporate and doctor relationships, and increasing the hospital’s business growth. The candidate should have prior hospital experience and strong knowledge of healthcare marketing and patient service operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with referring doctors, clinics, corporates, insurance companies, and healthcare partners
- Promote hospital specialties, services, health packages, and facilities to increase patient referrals
- Conduct regular field visits to doctors, corporates, diagnostic centers, and healthcare organizations
- Coordinate and arrange health camps, awareness programs, corporate health check-ups, and promotional events
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain referral networks
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth patient service and client satisfaction
- Handle corporate tie-ups, insurance empanelments, and business agreements
- Maintain daily visit reports, referral data, and marketing activity reports
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the healthcare industry
- Achieve monthly business targets assigned by management
- Ensure professional communication and maintain hospital brand image at all times
Job Specifications:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience as marketing executive, preferably in hospitals or similar industry
- Technical Skills / Job related skills: MS Office, CRM software, knowledge on various social media platforms and Web Analytics tools, Marketing research techniques
- Management Skills: Be a good team player, maintain good people relations, Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Communication Skills: Good command over English
