About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Marketing Executive Intern to join our team onsite. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to learn the fundamentals of marketing, gain practical exposure to live campaigns, and build a strong foundation for a long-term career in marketing. You will work closely with the marketing team and contribute to brand-building, lead generation, content, and on-ground promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer surveys to support marketing decisions.
- Support content creation — captions, flyers, email copy, and basic graphic ideas for social media and promotions.
- Help generate leads through field activities, cold calling, email outreach, and social platforms.
- Coordinate with vendors, designers, and partners for marketing collateral and event logistics.
- Maintain marketing databases, lead trackers, and campaign performance sheets.
- Assist in organizing events, webinars, and on-ground brand activations.
- Support the social media team with posting schedules, engagement tracking, and basic analytics.
- Prepare weekly reports on campaign performance and learnings.
Who Can Apply
- Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's / Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (written and verbal).
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content trends.
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Canva is a plus.
- Creative thinker with a willingness to take initiative and learn quickly.
- Available to work full-time onsite from our Patna office.
