Job Summary
Whispering Homes Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, generating sales, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Generate and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Address customer concerns and provide timely resolutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, Telecalling, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
