Role Objective
The Administration Executive will be responsible for overseeing the daily operational support functions of the dealership or service center. This role ensures a seamless workflow between the sales, service, and spare parts departments while maintaining a professional environment for both employees and customers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Facility & Operational Management
- Oversee the upkeep and maintenance of the showroom and service center premises.
- Manage vendor contracts for housekeeping, security, and facility repairs.
- Ensure all utility services (electricity, water, internet) are functional and bills are processed on time.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies, stationery, and pantry stocks.
2. Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain records related to building insurance, trade licenses, and fire safety certifications.
- Assist in the documentation required for vehicle registration processes and RTO coordination if necessary.
- Manage AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) for essential equipment like generators, air conditioners, and compressors.
3. HR & Payroll Support
- Maintain attendance records and biometric logs for technical and non-technical staff.
- Assist the HR department in onboarding new hires by arranging workstations and uniform distribution.
- Coordinate staff welfare activities and internal meetings.
4. Financial Coordination
- Handle petty cash and maintain accurate logs of daily administrative expenses.
- Coordinate with the accounts department for invoice processing and vendor payments.
- Monitor telephone and fuel expenses for company-owned vehicles.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within the automotive or retail industry.
- Technical Proficiency: High level of competence in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook). Experience with ERP software is a plus.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with vendors, staff, and management.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and prioritize duties in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
