Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Pricing Consultant to design and optimize Todemy's pricing strategy across global markets. The consultant will analyze customer behavior, competitive pricing, subscription models, willingness-to-pay, and revenue optimization opportunities to recommend scalable pricing frameworks that maximize growth, conversions, and customer lifetime value.
This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in SaaS, mobile apps, subscription businesses, EdTech, or digital consumer products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop an end-to-end pricing strategy for Todemy's subscription plans.
- Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking against global EdTech and parenting applications.
- Analyze customer willingness-to-pay across different geographies.
- Recommend pricing tiers, feature packaging, and subscription structures.
- Design monthly, annual, family, and premium subscription plans.
- Build pricing models based on acquisition costs, retention, LTV, and revenue goals.
- Identify opportunities for introductory offers, bundles, promotions, and discounts.
- Recommend country-wise pricing strategies and localization.
- Conduct pricing sensitivity and elasticity analysis.
- Evaluate freemium vs. premium conversion strategies.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Leadership teams.
- Define pricing KPIs and create dashboards to monitor pricing performance.
- Support A/B testing of pricing experiments and recommend improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Pricing Strategy, Revenue Management, Product Strategy, or Growth Consulting.
- Experience working with SaaS, Mobile Apps, Consumer Internet, EdTech, or Subscription businesses.
- Strong understanding of subscription pricing models.
- Experience conducting pricing research and competitive benchmarking.
- Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar analytics platforms is a plus.
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Experience
- Worked with B2C subscription businesses.
- Experience launching products in international markets.
- Knowledge of pricing psychology and consumer behavior.
- Familiarity with App Store and Google Play subscription ecosystems.
- Experience in AI, EdTech, or Parenting products is highly desirable.
