About the Company:
Creature Industry is a growing manufacturing company specializing in Namkeen Making Machines and Food Processing Machinery. We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Telesales Team Leader who can manage a telesales team, generate quality leads, and increase sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the telesales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Assign leads and monitor team performance.
- Train and motivate team members to improve sales conversions.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product information.
- Follow up with potential customers and close sales.
- Monitor daily calling reports and maintain CRM records.
- Ensure excellent customer service and timely follow-ups.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team.
- Resolve customer complaints and support the team in closing deals.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Telesales Team Leader or Sales Team Leader.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle a team and achieve sales targets.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, CRM software, and computer operations.
- Problem-solving and team management skills.
- Hindi communication is mandatory. Basic English communication will be an added advantage.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (Preferred)
- 12th Pass with relevant telesales experience may also apply.
