Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your industrial planning expertise in a dynamic and innovative environment. You’ll work alongside collaborative, solution-oriented, and driven teammates.
You'll play a key role in managing the balance between demand (firm and forecast) and resources (manufacturing and procurement) to ensure we meet our customers' Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) expectations while optimising site resources, including people, machines, and cash. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, such as Project Planning, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance, while contributing to industrial planning, resource management, and bottleneck analysis, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of building and updating the Master Production Schedule, and ensuring data integrity in ERP and core planning tools, but also support stakeholders with production volume analysis and reporting.
We’ll look to you for:
Applying Industrial Planning Golden Rules and Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards.
Consolidating and analysing demand forecasts from tender, project, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) teams.
Ensuring consistency and completeness of demand forecasts and implementing corrective actions when needed.
Building production plans while considering material, manpower, and machine availability.
Conducting resource management and bottleneck analysis to mitigate risks and propose solutions.
Monitoring production plan adherence and analysing root causes of delays.
Collaborating on S&OP cycles and contributing to decision-making processes with feasible scenarios.
Providing key performance indicator (KPI) reports on manufacturing throughput, production performance, and demand volatility.
