Role Summary
The Corporate Wellness Consultant is responsible for identifying prospective corporate clients, establishing relationships with key decision-makers, and creating business opportunities for FittaFit's Corporate Wellness Programs.
The role primarily involves field-based business development, corporate networking, lead generation, appointment scheduling, and supporting the sales process until successful client onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and approach potential corporate clients within the assigned territory.
- Conduct daily visits to offices, industrial parks, and business establishments.
- Meet HR Managers, HR Heads, Admin Managers, Business Owners, and senior decision-makers.
- Introduce FittaFit's Corporate Wellness Programs and value proposition.
- Build long-term professional relationships with prospective clients.
Lead Generation
- Generate qualified corporate leads.
- Collect contact details of relevant decision-makers.
- Maintain an updated pipeline of prospects.
- Schedule meetings, presentations, and corporate wellness discussions.
Client Coordination
- Coordinate meetings between corporate clients and the FittaFit leadership team.
- Ensure timely follow-up after every interaction.
- Assist in moving prospects through the sales pipeline until closure.
Reporting
- Submit daily visit reports.
- Maintain lead status and follow-up records.
- Track appointments, meetings, and business opportunities.
- Provide weekly updates on sales activities and progress.
Brand Representation
- Represent FittaFit professionally during all client interactions.
- Maintain ethical business practices.
- Develop credibility and trust with corporate stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in B2B Sales, Insurance, Banking, Pharma, HR Services, Healthcare, Fitness, or Corporate Sales is an advantage but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
